Options Health offers free pregnancy tests for women who believe they may be pregnant.
We are fully committed to the privacy of our patients, therefore all of our services are completely confidential.
We accept women of all ages and backgrounds, and our patient advocates offer a judgement-free environment, with utmost respect and care. The pregnancy tests offered by Options Health are lab-grade urine tests, providing you with instant results. Pregnancy tests measure for the hormone HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin), which typically doubles every three days for a viable pregnancy. These tests are able to detect a pregnancy even before your missed period, about 12-14 days after you conceive. We offer free medical verification of pregnancy at no cost to you.
After your pregnancy test, our nurse and your patient advocate will chat with you and review the results in a private setting. You will have the opportunity to discuss these results and your next steps. Depending on the result of your pregnancy test, we may recommend a free limited obstetric ultrasound. The ultrasound exam will assess the viability of your pregnancy and ensure the pregnancy is in the uterus (non-ectopic, which could potentially be life-threatening), and determine how far along in your pregnancy you are, as well as the gestational age of the baby. Your patient advocate will also review all of your pregnancy options, including the risks, side effects, and procedure of abortion.
In addition to providing free pregnancy testing and ultrasounds, Options Health offers private and confidential pregnancy options consultations, STD/STI testing, pregnancy counseling, free parenting classes for mothers and fathers, sexual health education, free material resources, community referrals, our mobile clinic, and abortion aftercare. No matter what decision you make, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
