We rely on volunteers to provide administrative support, advocate for our patients, and serve our community well.
Click on an opportunity below to find out more information.
Do you have a desire to help someone walking through a crisis pregnancy? Patient advocates provide care for our patients in the areas of pregnancy, sexual health, and parenting, while providing a safe, confidential, and no-pressure environment.
Do you have a desire to mentor new moms and moms-to-be? Earn While You Learn is our free parenting program where our mentors lead our expecting and new moms through education, emotional support, and help getting the items they need in our Care Closet.
Do you love to sort and organize things? The Care Closet for our Earn While You Learn Program is stocked with baby essentials for our new moms and moms-to-be. The Care Closet Manager organizes, sorts, and maintains inventory for the items in the Care Closet.
Are you bilingual and able to speak both Spanish and English fluently? We have an urgent need for Spanish speaking translators to assist our patient advocates by translating during phone calls and clinic appointments with our Spanish speaking patients.
Do you want to volunteer at Options but prefer to be behind the scenes? Our administrative volunteers are essential to keep us running smoothly by helping with administrative tasks that range from data entry to monthly and seasonal mailings.
Are you an active member of your church and passionate about empowering women and their families facing unplanned pregnancies? Church Liaisons provide an invaluable lifeline of communication between the church’s leadership staff and Options Health by raising awareness for our annual events and keeping the church updated on our programs and services.
Have you always wanted to volunteer for Options but just don’t have the time? Event Volunteers are only needed a few times a year (spring and fall) and play such a crucial role in making sure our events are a success.
Do you enjoy serving our community in practical ways and meeting people at their place of need? Community outreach event volunteers serve at our Baby Essentials Distribution Events as well as other community facing events throughout the year.
Do you like working with students and being a part of empowering them with truth and hope? EmpowerEd event volunteers are vital to ensuring successful presentations by assisting our educators with set up, distribution of materials, and overall flow of the event.
Are you up to date with the latest trends in social media and enjoy creating content? Our Social Media Content Creator assists us by creating content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and our blog.
